Spa Policies
To help every guest enjoy a smooth, relaxing, and comfortable experience, please review our spa policies before your appointment.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred service, therapist, and time are available.
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in and any required forms. Arriving early also helps your treatment begin on time.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.
The full service price may still apply.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact the spa may be charged a no-show fee.
A deposit or prepayment may be required before booking another appointment.
Deposits & Payments
Certain services, packages, longer appointments, or group bookings may require a deposit to reserve the appointment.
Deposits may be applied toward the total service price. Deposits may become non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
We accept approved payment methods available through our booking system and at the spa.
